ESOP Economics is proud to be sponsoring and speaking at the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) Annual Employee Ownership Conference being held April 12-14, 2016 in Minneapolis.

Representatives from employee-owned companies (and companies seeking to learn about employee ownership) from across the nation and around the world will gather April 12-14 in downtown Minneapolis for the 2016 Employee Ownership Conference, hosted by the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO). More than 1,500 people will attend the conference which will be held at the Minneapolis Convention Center.

Tina DiCroce, Director at ESOP Economics, will moderate an interactive session about the impact of decisions made early on about an ESOP’s design, amortization of loans, repurchase method, and funding strategy on the company’s ability to manage the ESOP down the road.

ESOP Economics’ CEO, Judy Kornfeld, will moderate a discussion on the importance of understanding the correlation between ESOP benefit levels and repurchase obligation. The session will include a discussion of the impact a target benefit level may have on an ESOP company, focusing on creating a sustainable path for the ESOP.
