Added 2 New Aggregate Reports with Individual-Level Detail

Added the "Study Year 1 Distributions Summary" and "Study Year 1 Distributions Details" reports, which are available in the Aggregate Reports list. These reports enable users to reconcile the distributions projected by Telescope for the first year of the study by giving the underlying participant-level detail. (These reports show "decremented balances", which incorporate all actuarial assumptions, for purposes of reconciling the total projected distributions.)
