ESOP Economics to Speak at ESOP Association Indiana Chapter Meeting

ESOP Economics is looking forward to attending the ESOP Association’s Indiana Chapter Conference being held February 27, in Carmel, IN.

ESOP Economics Director, Tina DiCroce, will co-present a break-out session on Tuesday morning. In "The Great Debate: A Lively Discussion of ESOP Sustainability", Tina, along with co-presenters Cliff Canavera (Canavera Financial Group) and Nick Sypniewski (ComStock Advisors), will cover several topics related to ESOP sustainability and the choices ESOP companies are faced with when addressing how to best manage its ESOP. To emphasize that there is often no “right answer”, the presenters will deliver the material in a debate format, communicating the benefits and consequences of each choice (and that sometimes a combination of strategies is best). Some hot topics that will be addressed include: distribution policy, repurchase method, and funding strategy.

For more information about the conference, including registration information, visit the ESOP Association's website.
