ESOP Economics Director, Tina DiCroce, will also co-present a break-out session on Friday morning. In "The Fundamentals of Repurchase Obligation," Tina, along with co-presenter Cliff Canavera (Canavera Financial Group), will provide a comprehensive overview of the ESOP Repurchase Obligation, including what it is, how to manage and fund it, and how it affects all facets of sustainability of an employee-owned company. Specific topics to be discussed will include the impact of plan design and methods for handling repurchased shares, and the interplay between repurchase obligation and valuation.
